According to Nobel Prize winning Physicist they have proven beyond doubt that the physical world is a sea of energy, and nothing is solid.  They have proven that thoughts are what put together and hold together this ever-changing energy field into the ‘objects’ that we see. I believe that from a spiritual perspective we are energy in motion.   Our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions, and fears are vibrations, “the essence of our being” that stream into the universe to connect to like vibrations, and it is through these vibrations we attract life events, opportunities, relationships, problems, and situations. Think of your vibration as an SOS streaming into the universe and the universe as a mirror reflecting it back in order for you to become aware and  conscious of things you can change that will help you to create a better quality of life.
